About Stuart Fraass

Stuart Fraass is a licensed mortgage planning specialist, particularly knowledgeable about the tax and financial planning implications of mortgage and real estate investment.

His experience goes well beyond providing clients with just the finances to make a new home possible.

With Stuart's success lies in structuring the right mortgage strategies for his clients, whether they are looking to increases their cash flow, reduces their debt, saves on their taxes or need a remedy for tainted credit scores.

He also demystifies the 'puzzle-solving' aspect for clients who don't realize they can access the equity in their property so they can apply it to their retirement, children's education and other life goals.

As a multiple-property owner himself, Stuart has a deep understanding of the current foreclosure/credit crisis; how it has affected the mortgage industry and how the daily mortgage market and available products can provide beneficial and even lucrative options to his clients.

Praised as highly-skilled, genuine, and compassionate, Stuart consistently sets himself apart when advising clients what term, rate, and product type best fits their unique and individual needs. He prides himself on prioritizing clients above himself in making sure they have a clear understanding and are comfortable with their choices during what can be a trying experience.

Frustrated with banks who were more concerned about their bottom line rather than their client's, Stuart joined Mortgage Master Inc. in 2008 as an opportunity to help hard working clients reach their financial goals. He has a BS in Finance from Eastern New Mexico University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Stuart and his wife; Frances Rivera, a News Anchor for WHDH in Boston, call Charlestown home. In his spare time, enjoys reading a good book, tackling home improvement projects and hitting the links.
